Do not over think .
"Over thinking leads to negativity"
- Swami VivekanandaSo think on..., but not over think. And do not let over thinking kill your HAPPINESS.
For making it more clear, I'm sharing a story so let's read it,
A teacher took a glass full of water and asked the students to tell the weight of the glass,
Students gave their answers ,some said it may be 20 gram, some said 30 gram, some 40 gram, some said 50 gram...and so on, according to their assumption they answered.
After listening the answers teacher told them no it doesn't matter what the glass weighs(the actual weight of the glass doesn't matter) but, the thing that matter is how long he hold it, the same glass if he hold it for a minute there is no problem in holding it, but if he hold the glass for an hour then it causes strong pain in his hand ,and the glass would felt heavier than it's actual weight ,and if he keep holding it for the whole day then his hand will be paralyzed and that time glass weighs a lot more. Then he came to the point that the same thing is with our thoughts(worries), if we think on them for a minute, then no problem, but if you hold on them for an hour they start causing mental troubles for you, you'll start feeling depressed, tensed..., but if you think on it for the whole day then your mind become paralyzed, a deeply rooted depression and tension will capture your mind and it will result in your mental illness(break down). So, ignore sticking on negative thoughts.
And, I'm saying it personally please do not over think on problems ,give a break to yourself and laugh at every chance you get for the same, smile every time and also make others do the same, make your surrounding atmosphere, environment positive and enjoy every moment. Be cool, be happy, be positive.
