Namaste, I don't know why, but for a long time I was planning to make a blog on this topic, because I found that many people need it, finally here it is, It's not your fault that... Yes, many times for many reasons, for many things we start blaming ourselves when actually we aren't, (it's good that you are taking responsibility of things) but sometimes many people are unnecessarily taking it all on themselves, creating a state of stress and depression for them.  So, it's necessary for them to let it go sometimes, because it's not your fault, yes, it's not your fault always and you should understand it, and simply move on by ignoring it...
