Namaste, I don't know why, but for a long time I was planning to make a blog on this topic, because I found that many people need it, finally here it is, It's not your fault that... I know what to say but I don't know how to say it. - A student The  problem of expression  (or the problem in expressing your feelings, thoughts, vision, etc.)  is a common problem, which can be found easily with many students (it's more correct if I write teenagers instead of students). Well, everyone has some thoughts, some experience, some rhythm and a story( some has many stories ) to  tell, but very few are able to tell, to express, to sing it in front of others.  Does it need a lot of courage to do the same, well, I can hear many NO and YES.  But, sometimes for some people it's difficult to speak it out.
