How to embrace positivity ...?

Positivity , what is positivity ?
Simply, positivity is seeing goodness , positive aspects of everything , in everything.
But what if someone who is a sinner , who used to practice bad behavior, bad code of conduct, immorality started showing you good aspects of these things. For example we have many people in history , in whom some people sought nothing good and some characterize them great. (I'm not writing any particular name to ignore a meaningless debate) but you can find many such names.
For the same it is written
अति सर्वत्र वर्जयेत् ।
Ati sarvatra varjayeta
Meaning of the same -
Nimiety (excess) of anything (nevertheless it's a good quality) is advised to be abdicated (relinquished , left , give up). As in future it will prove to be harmful.
My motive behind writing it is not to increase this topic in vain, but to make it clear to the readers the meaning of positivity , because as per written above according to the famous Sanskrit sutra excess of everything is harmful, so excess of positivity is also harmful.
Now, without wasting any second we will move to the original topic which is -
How to embrace positivity ?

2. Always talk with positive people who have a positive vision for everything, who light up your mind ,your mood , who refresh you. And ignore people having a pessimistic attitude, try to change their attitude and make your surrounding atmosphere positive.
3. Spend time in the lap of nature it will refresh and calm your body and mind, relaxes you. At that quality time do not think of any negative thought. Talk with nature, feel the nature, be lost in the eternal love of nature. And forget everything at that time.
4. Reading books - Reading books is an excellent way, but you should be very conscious and alert in selection of books for reading. As spoil food disturbs stomach ,then whole body, the same is with books, as food we eat decides our health in the same way whatever we listen ,we see ,we read ,we smell is the food for our mind ,our soul and effect it in the same way. So, be wise during the selection of books.
5. Music and singing - Learn to play musical instruments, no problem if you are not good at singing, then play your musical instruments and release positive vibes in the environment. If you don't have any musical instrument then no problem just create rhythm by clapping it will not give any inferior effect than a musical instrument .
6. Writing - It is also helpful in turning your mood and making you feel positive. Diary writing is also an effective way.
7. Yoga , meditation , dance , travelling and other recreational activities(aerobics, biking, cycling, swimming, running and so on...) are also some very effective ways.

9. Be happy, be calm , be cool, be positive and share it with your loved ones. And remember -
Be positive.
